Halo Water Proofing has been the trusted call for Exterior Waterproofing across Lake Elmo because we answer the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work.
Background-checked Lake Elmo technicians · Real warranties
Halo Water Proofing started small in the Lake Elmo area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Lake Elmo technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
Our Lake Elmo crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Lake Elmo crews hear about most.
Odor is often the very first clue Lake Elmo homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Small cracks in a Lake Elmo foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Lake Elmo customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
No two Lake Elmo basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
Storm season keeps our Lake Elmo emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.

No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.

Word of mouth is still how most Lake Elmo customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Crawl space smelled bad for years. After encapsulation, the smell upstairs is completely gone."
"Handled waterproofing for our parking structure with minimal disruption to tenants and stuck to the schedule."
"Expected a huge bill for three cracks, only one actually needed injection. Appreciated the honesty."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
